there was a guy at the gym today who was on vacation, he was about 5'7, 170 lbs. He was benching 400, it was sick, and i was spotting him the whole time and we got talking about powerlifting and how im weak as balls and whatnot
He had 3 different benching shirts, then he basically made me try one on haha. It was a size 48, so about 3 sizes too small for me because im almost 6'1, 220. So after 15 minutes of throwin that son of a bitch on, i can even move my arms haha i felt like a horrible snowboarding accident patient!
So after it ripped the hell out of my underarms and armpits, i benched 250 like it was candy, but i couldnt do anymore because the fact it was digging into my arms so much the pain was unreal.
yall use benching shirts consistently? im almost contimplating getting one, maybe a size 50?
