i havnt been to the gym in 4 weeks.!! well its not all my fault as i did tear my acl.. but heres the thing. i go for surgery in 3 weeks. i am back on my feet and can pretty much do as i need to. if i have my brace on i can prolly go back to lifting for upper body. i have no desire tho. i almost feel as if it will be useless time because i will be back off my feet. i lost 10lbs from 192 to 182. i havnt taken any shakes either. i really need to try to put a few pounds on before surgery or else i will be really depressed..

but for real i've been laid up for months now cause of a couple tendons in my wrist and i've lost 25lbs
i totally fell on my face :not eating enough,no supplements,no shakes, nothing at all and man don't let yourself lose all of it cause the depression gets worse and worse and then u start thinking " now i have to work for months and months just to get to the same point i was" its brutal to say the least brother.Stop while you still have some size and shape left...maby just concentrate on eating and supplements to prevent total loss! shyt i'm too embarrassed to go out without a cover up shirt and i look better than the average guy even after losing all that weight,but in our heads we look pathetic compared to what we are used to seeing. Start now bro don't let it all slip away......its no fun being in my shoes i'll tell u that. goog luck soldier.
