well..thanks for that yeah i've never used them..i really didn't even know what they were until a couple months ago..like in the morning i will normally have 3 waffles. 5 pieces of bacon, toast eggs, and juice, alot of snacks in between breakfast and lunch..lunch normally include two burgers, fries, drank, chips..etc..dinner normally like 4 pieces oc chicken, corn rice corn bread, or steak, potatoes..i mean i try and eat alot throughout the day..but no weight gain what so ever..
