u dont need to get the water away if u dont mind it....but keep it on hand just incase u start to get gyno..

Some androgens aromotase. For example, Test Prop, Enan, Cyp and Dbol and others dont. Winstrol, Tbol etc...When using an androgen that aromotases, its wise to use an AI. Aromasin, Arimidex, L-Dex, Letro and Proviron, though not an AI. These compounds will reduce the amount of estrogen in the body and reduce estrogen related sides, such as, gyno and water retention.

Others, SERM's, Clomid, Nolva. Will bind to the same receptors as estrogen does, reducing the side estorgen will bring. AI's are more effective at combating estrogen relates sides than SERM though, IMHO.

For bloat, an AI is needed IMO. Some report Nolva does help, others dont...

When using the androgens you've listed, I suggest you use an AI and keep a SERM on hand.

Test/Dbol will both aromotase and increase estrogen, Winstrol will not.
