Thanks a lot for the input guys! SMAN12B asked me to lay out my diet plans…ok…first, I’m 25 yo, weighing at 235 Lbs, height is 6’5. My TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) is 3596 (maybe a little less or more). I’ve reduced that by 500 calories cuz im currently on a cutting phase. I eat 6 meals a day, every 3 hours, every meal contains the essential nutrients, (complex carbs, lean proteins, simple carbs and healthy fats) my carbs intake is lower now since im on a cutting phase, sometimes I might not consume any carbs or really low amount of carbs with my meals, especially my last two meals. I drink plenty of water (at least 8 glasses a day). I work out 4 days a week, I make sure each session is very intensive (and I lift right, a lot of concentration) and doesn’t exceed 60 minutes (sometimes I would spend 75 minutes but not any longer). I jog for 30 minutes, 5 days a week. I change my bodybuilding programs every 3 months b4 I hit a plateau. I sleep at least 8 hours a day so I give my body enough recuperation time. The following is my diet plan and an excel chart I use to help me determine my TDEE and so forth.
