seems like advice on getting started? before u lift u gotta fix ur addiction problem. theres anonymous groups for that, likely to be one in ur area. ur post talks about ur addiction like its just a small problem on the side u have but ur more concerned with lifting, u need to switch around and focus everything on ur addiction and fixing that. will definitely be tough process but thats why theres support groups, im sure even a few guys on here could give u some tips....Originally Posted by Narkissos
thanks for the advice. it makes sense coming from someone in detroit. no offence. just a joke. its detroit you know. anyone thanks for responding.
I think I know what you mean....partially. You want to feel good about yerself basically right? Well I know that I made a huge turnaround in my life and you can do it too man. Just **** all the negative shit that has you down or whatever. Its gonna take a lot of will power to make a great change but, if you want something youve never had before, you have to do something yove never done before. You are at a place where a lot of people can help you but you will have to help yourself first and foremost. Keep yer head up and dont give up ever.
And yer avatar isnt gonna help you get yer mind of yer addictions I think........
the avatar is total joke. i dont touch weed
Good
by the way thanks for the advice that helps. thanks
what made you take drugs? if you don t mind me asking

yea man i WAS addicted 2 ice....was runnin about a gram or 2 a day..training made me stop....been clean over a year..u just have 2 want 2 get big more than u want 2 use..cant do both u have 2 make a choice
To erase this thread is not gonna take care of your problem, that was your first step THAT YOU ADMIT YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, i got 4 years clean and sober, now i own a house a boat and have a ton of money, at one point in 2001 i was eating out of a garbage can and homeless, Stop before you lose everything, try a 12 step program, and rehab is not a bad idea, whast 28 days out of yor life, compared to dying or jail, it took me 2 years of living on the streets before i surrenderd, and the shit your doing is one of the most addicitive drugs out there.. Give it a try before you ruin yor life, and you distroy your family, the longer you do it the harder its gonna be to stop, DO WHAT EVER YOU HAVE TO DO TO STOP... And dont be embarresed that you have a problem there are more people out there in your position, then you think.. good luck...Originally Posted by brundle
No disrespect, but body building has Jack Sh!t TO DO WITH THIS , He needs to take care of his problem first before he starts sticking needles in his as$, if he puts enough effort into his soberity that he does bodybuilding, he will be fine its a life long comittment, then he can worry about lifting.. Srry bro. Body Building as ALOT to do with it.Originally Posted by stuball
It about respecting your body, and wanting to make it grow, build and look great. Taking the right food, and by not taking what's bad for your body (and mind)
Hitting the gym is also a GREAT place to lose some of the frustration a person can get in life. 10.000 better then drugging yourselve. (and it does not care what you use as drugs, can be anything from alcohol, smoking, gambling to abusing AAS)
Using AAS to get to your goal is OK. Abusing it is not.
I know (from experiance) that as long as you have an addiction problem, you can't grow as you would like in the gym. Replacing the addiction thoughts with BB is good. It will change your life
A while back there was a threat about a guy who was taking juice, and was thinking, he, now I'm strong and agresive, and he got into a fight..... I guess you can tell what the end result was, as juice can't make you fight![]()
I guess you can call that abuse![]()
