    How did you get gyno?

  8. #8
Day one was pretty sore, had no problems lifting my arms like some say. today three days later I only took 2 vicodin all day and I feel fine, bruising and swelling has already gone down a bit.

I had some gyno as a youth but I got it worse when I stoped working out and came off juice suddenly after 2 years of use on and off.

I did feel discomfort and some minimal pain from the actual gyno before it was removed

I could feel a pinch in my nip's when going down stairs or even light jogging do give you an idea how my gyno was before it was removed.

When u first saw a doctor regarding the gyno..did he give you any alternative method to getting rid of the gyno..I.E. nolvadex or any other type of method OTHER than just surgically removing it??

Long-term treatment with anti-estrogens to kill off older, larger, gland-based has to be stretched for many months up to a couple years and the sides from that make this practice unfeasible.

Lets see a before pic to see the difference.

  15. #15
I did cardio today. Reclined bike. I had very puffy nips to answer that question. I tried Nolva, arimidex, femera, aromasin EVERYTHING...Topical fat burners ...EVERYTHING..Surgery was neccasary....

It seems to me my right side might be smaller than the left, but I might just be bugging or it just might be some swelling. I will keep the board posted and I will have before pics on Wednesday

And insurance pays nothing for this? Even though this sounds genetic? Did you go to a cosmetic surgeon?

I'm in the same situation also.

What would you guys say to a transdermal, non-systemic gyno-killer?

It might take 6,9 or 12 months of treatment to get rid of old, larger gyno, but it would be surgery-free and less expensive, and WITHOUT SIDE EFFECTS.

    Working on that...

I had gyno surgery over a year ago. I couldnt workout for 2 weeks, i mean nothing. Waited to lift for a month. I had gyno from being a fat kid, then my first deca cycle sealed the deal. When I see before and after pics (sorry my surgeon has them, ill see if i can get them) theres a big difference. I had the ultra sonic lipo which the doc said took the glandes out too, but i think he was full of shit, I beleive you have to cut them out. Im happy with the result, minus my skin isnt really that tight over my chest. Just make sure you get an experience doctor, who has done it many times, mine had only done 3, and I feel if I had gone to one who had done more my results may have been better. Btw my insurance paid for 80% of mine.

I told them I was in constant pain, it was really an easy process, took about two months to get it approved though. Cool thing is now that if I ever wanted it done again, since im not completely happy with my results, I have a medical history of suffering from it........ and yes you can get gyno during, or after a cycle.

try mixing femara, aromasin and dht with phlojel or dmso. thats probably the most effective anti gyno stack you can run.

I need to get this done also, is 5000$ the average price of this or does that sound a little high, I researched and found for around 2800$ But I dont want it to be like the saying " you get what you paid for"
