    Arrow Drinking on cycle

    I know you are NOT supose to drink on cycle...but it was my only sisters wedding last night, and I didnt really give a shit...and i drank...but I only had 1 shot and 3 drinks...not even enough to get me drunk...today I am suppose to inject my test and deca ...is it alright to do so after a night of drinking????

    Drinking and working out is pointless IMO. Your totally undoing everything you attempt to achieve in the gym and in the kitchen. On the other hand it was a special occasion and and one time should't hurt. Just like daniel32 said don't make a habit of it. Im shore you have already shot the test and deca by now. Your fine man.
