Hey guys, I was told that to take care of my shortness of breath that I shud doo some cardio...im currently on a test deca cycle...and i kick started it with dbol...but I really dont want to lose any weight...but this whole shortness of breath allt he time is getting really annoying! Im pretty sure its because i dont do any cardio at all and because I have bloated a bit..and I want to start...so how many times a week shud I do it, and for how long? What intensity? ...thanks guys
