Where do you guys get needles. I have been using 18 gauge and they are killing me. I need something more like 22 gauge either 1'' or 1.5'' long. Thanks.

18 guage? Ouch. I use 23 guage, 1 1/2" for glutes.

It all depends on your BF %. Most use 1.5" for Glutes, but I use 1.25" and have had no problems at all. I also know people that use 1" and never had any problems also.
