I am 6' 185lbs. I am 23 years old. I work out 5 times a week. 30 minutes of cardio and an hour of lifting. I have done two previous cycles in my life. I want to jump on a winny and some kind of test cycle. My body fat is around 9-13%. I would like to get up to about or around 195 but be cut up. i just want to know what kind of cycle i should do. So if i could receive any cycle suggestions i would apreciate it. I honestly do not know much about cycles.
