ive been losing weight slowly over the past couple of years and i just have some bastard fat on my mid section from when i was alil kid that I cant get rid of. Ive tried many different eating patterns and workouts. Im thinking about eating balanced meals, lean, healthy carbs. I want opinions on doing 45-60 mins of carbs in the a.m. on empty stomach, then doing another 45 mins after I do my weight training. Im also going to run clen.
