    DBOL with food?

    Hello All,
    I have been searching through many of the DBOL posts throughout the site, and have found a lot of information on how people take their DBOL dosages throughout the day. However, I have not found whether people recommend taking it with food or on an empty stomach.

    I plan on taking 25mg/day DBOL for 4-6 weeks (along with Sust250). I am planning on taking 15mg an hour before my morning workout and then 5mg every 4 hours thereafter. My stats: 22years old, 230lbs, 18%bf, first cycle.

    I have heard that taking your first dose of DBOL in the morning with a glass of water and grapefruit juice is a good idea, but what does everyone else think?

    To avoid any unwanted gastrointestinal issues,it's best to take any oral anabolic with food.Not only will you reduce the risk of intestinal problems,you'll allow a slow,steady absorption rate of the drug when ingesting with food.

    you also might want to watch your BF on cycle.. its already pretty high..

    alright, sounds good. thanks for all of your help.

    yeah, i'm going to try to eat clean and watch the bf. I was around 13%bf at 218lbs when i was boxing, but I couldn't lift for the life of me... all i could do was run for miles and do pushups and situps, but no real power. I had to start to add a few lbs just to get my lifts back to somewhat respectable levels.
