I have been searching through many of the DBOL posts throughout the site, and have found a lot of information on how people take their DBOL dosages throughout the day. However, I have not found whether people recommend taking it with food or on an empty stomach.
I plan on taking 25mg/day DBOL for 4-6 weeks (along with Sust250). I am planning on taking 15mg an hour before my morning workout and then 5mg every 4 hours thereafter. My stats: 22years old, 230lbs, 18%bf, first cycle.
I have heard that taking your first dose of DBOL in the morning with a glass of water and grapefruit juice is a good idea, but what does everyone else think?
