    if i understand you correctly:

    1) you do not follow a consistent weight lifting regimen
    2) you do not follow a consistent nutrition plan
    3) i don't now your height, but it seems obvious that you are far under your genetic limit..

so now you are searching for a quick fix 'cause your wife left you??

Gimme a Br3aK plZ. Seriously bro spend some time reading educational topics and change your lifestyle! I highly recommend "Idle thoughts by pinnacle" to start with.

If you are only 135lbs and your 34 u need to eat. u will gain weight if u just eat even if u dont work out u still will gain weight.... its that simple.

I would suggest look at training, nutrition and building your knowledge first. Don't rush into something you do not understand. I'm not saying don't use rather make an informed decision.

Exactly. Eat, Eat, and Eat more... If you learn in the diet forum how to utilize pwo meals this will help along with caloric intake.

Buck 48 and 6'??? You are a walking skeleton... Seek medical attention, let the doctor know about your bowel problems. Please get help. I am truely worried for your health, see the doctor and explain about the weight... Seriously you are like 35-40 under healthy weight.

    6 foot, 135?

You ever been to the doc to see if you have an over active thyroid? I also find 'skinny' guy grossly over estimate their daily caloric intake.

True. He should list what he eats. Also, I messed up... I thought 148 but that was his heaviest he is like 50-55 lbs underweight.

Bro you need to read the post from the fellas on here. Eat,train and rest. Repeat each day for a couple of years then you will be ready. Gear will not make you big..... diet, training and rest will period....... gear will only add later when you learn some more. Not a slam bro but everyone is here to help you not hurt you.

This site is about gettin help and you asked but you want the quick fix, we all have some sort of expericence with the stuff, no reason to flip out when people are tryin to help, if you do test at that weight with a bead training history an at your age, you are gonna **** up your liver badly, have a stroke, or bust a muscle or all of them...dont look for the quick fix, this is about a commitment that needs to be taken seriously so, do yourself a favor and listen...

Skinny man, you really need to relax and listen to these people. No AAS is going to pack on the muscle without you lifting hard and eating A LOT. Who cares is you crap 50 times a day if you want to put on weight that is what you have to do. How much a person hits the shitter means nothing about thier metabolism imo the more you eat the more you crap so that is a lame excuse.

NO AAS is going to help you bro not at this point. Go to the diet section and start reading.

you can take all the juice you want without the 2 things listed you wont gain any muscle. and since you dont do either...... well its pretty academic.

you guys are pretty harsh even if this guy doesn't sound very knowledgeable and 5'10 190 skinny you have got to be kidding-have you ever heard of muscle dysmorphia? I'm about 5'11 180 or so in my avatar(about 187 now) and I would not be called skinny.
About the question-eat more, work out more, and read more.

I agree there is no need for it. He was given a point in the right direction, but chose to become cocky and aggressive. Stooping to his level is childish.

Agreed. The thing is, the way some people respond to people like this, it perpetuates their offensive responses. The guy obviously lacks any training experience, knowledge of diet, and complete ignorance of anabolics. However, attacking him with a condescending attitude is only gonna piss him off and MAKE him not listen. I wouldn't expect to give anyone a shitty attitude and them not give it to me in return. These threads always turn out this way its a shame, and as knowledgeable lifters and users we should be a little more tolerant of these people. The guy sounds like hes been through some shit in his life and needs a community to turn to for advice, so lets give him some..

This is the first thread you should read..

i recommend you try Ironmans HIT program, get a better attitude, and forget about anabolics for a year...if you follow everything above for 6 months and dont gain a pound, you need to see your doctor...
