How to go from tamox to letro during cycle???

My boy is taking tamox from ar and he wants to go to letro...he ordered it..he is going to use .5mg for a week and then go to .25 for the remainder of his cycle which is another 2 weeks...

how should he go about switching..........

I really don't know that there is a set way to do this, you should not run the two together, so I say just quit the tamox cold and go straight into the letro. I would run the letro at a higher dose for two weeks and then down to maintenance
