I wouldnt' use creatine during a cycle, and I certainly wouldn't use deca without using some form of TEST !!!!! bad idea

Ditto. Save the Creatine for your PCT. It wont do anything while your on cycle. AND FURTHER MORE, get some test. We really shun away from people who dont research before they do a cycle, a lot of the times they dont like to listen!

its not that i havent done a cycle, just curious if it was a good idea. Buddy of mine has taken deca alone, and has gotten huge results. If i get deca dick i will throw some test in, but hes never gotten it, so im not goin to worry about it. May wish i would have in a few weeks....

Test should be the base of all cycles IMO. Why take a change on a Deca only cycle which will shut you down if you have legit stuff. Deca dick is not a 100% indication that your natural Test levels are shut down, a good one but not a great one. I know this first hand.

Creatine is not worth putting in the mix IMO also.

I would have to say it depends on your goals.
If your aware of what the effects of creatine are and the mechanics of how they work....then, why not?
If for example you are looking to gain as much possible strength as possible, not worried about the possiblity of "extra" water retention and do indeed want faster recovery of atp then definitely use creatine.

Creatine uses completely different pathways in the body and thus still add it's own positive benefits to your training.

However, it really does depend on your goals.

If your not trying to peak for strength for something then I would actually suggest saving it for PCT.

    Thats MPO anyway.

Well my goal i have in mine is too gain 10 to 15 pounds of muscle in the next month or so, an also go up in all my lifts. Im currently
6'4" with shoes, i weigh 250, and according to some machine at the gym im 17.1% bf. Took test before, didn't really like the sick feelin i got from it, sus 250 to be exact. Another reason i dont want to take test is all the side effects. Took deca for 2 weeks, had to stop cause of an injury.

I couldnt agree more. I've used it twice for bulking whilst "on" and during PCT. Love it. Also L-Glutamine.
