Migraine tendency, RBC, and Test E

I understand that test E increases red blood cells (RBC) and with that blood pressure. If so, would a person who tends to get occasional migraines be especially susceptible to getting an increase in migraine frequency and/or intensity?

I've had migraines all my life. Past few years I've noticed that when BP is over 150 I will definately get one. Sometimes when I don't eat. Don't
    know about (RBC).
