Can 1.5 inch pins be used on quads if they're not injected as deep as glutes? I'm not about to do it, just wondering if anyone has any experiences.

Oh o course. You can use a 1.5incher at any location and just not go in all the way. I have used 1.5 inch in delts and gone all the way in. So worries at all if you know how deep you can go.

Try cutting the cap so its 1. long, put it on the needle, then you prety much got a 1. pin
Never thought of that one Skullsmasher. Great idea.
personally, i think the deeper you can go, the better. i think 1" is fine for delts for most people, but with quads, 1.5" will hit deeper muscle fibers, which i believe will provide better absorption.
as long as you're injecting the right area in your quads, there should be no concern of going in 1.5".
or just dont go all the way in...i used 1.5 on bicep and only went in .5
great replies..thanks guys.
No problem with 1.5" in quad. You have alot of muscle there, don't worry about going too deep.
So then technically speaking, all injections can be made with a 1.5" if you have an incredibly stable hand?
ya....stable is the key~~~~ after a few injections, ull get used to it n not shake, unless you got a shake syndrome
doesnt even have to be "incredbly" stable. Just as long as you aint got parkinsons.
Hey, what have you got against Parkinsons?!Originally Posted by Skullsmasher
