Does gear mutate your sperm ?

Does HRT doses of gear make your sperm mutate or deform ? The wife and I are talking about some kids and she is worried about it. I know that it can decrease your count and I also know (from searching here) that you can get your better half pregnant while on gear.

My main thought is wondering if there is a danger of mutations or deformed sperm (IE leading to birth defects) while on HRT dose of gear.
