    Creatine and gear

    I have heard many mixed things about combining the two. Did a search but came up with way to many posts. Anyway Just started my test/deca cycle and previously have been taking creatine and glutamine along with a monthly b12 injection. But have been told to stop the creatine while on cycle. Any info would be great.

    Use the creatine, it will have an additive effect on the cycle.

    I kept everything as is with my creatine and glutamine. just thought I better check to make sure before I get to far along in the cycle. I try to get in 2 servings creatine/day. 1 pre work out and 1 right after. Then glutamine in post workout shake and another about 2-3 hours later.

    You might want to hit the glutamine on an empty stomach before the workout and hit the creatine in the post workout shake. The glutamine will get lost in the BCAA, so I would take about 10g before bed if you are not eating prior to sleep. If you are downing whole foods before bedtime then do it about an hour prior to your steak and eggs(or protein shake).

    I use Creatine and Glutamine whilst "on" or "off".

    Cool thanks guys, had a trainer telling me that I could if I wanted too but he doesn't know anybody that does. I thought well if it's good stuff pre-gear why wouldn't it still be good stuff.

    u could just like the other guys said, but see how your body reacts to it on and off. i personally take creatine only when im in my pct, because its something new at the time and it helps me to keep my stregnth and size when needed the most..

    hmmmmmm, never thought about it that way. There is so much info out there and that is the problem this stuff says to take it in the morning then somebody tells you take it in the afternoon then a book says to take it at night and then a forum say in the morning and at night except for thursdays then you take it at noon. It seems this way with everything.
    Well like the saying goes "if it were easy everybody would do it". I guess you really just need to see what works for you and that doesn't mean that it will work for everbody.

    Creatine in PCT is best imo. It helps keeps added water weight from cycles, aswell as it has some popular properties that would be benificial during PCT.

    I'd stay off for the cycle, and start again during PCT.

    This is what I planned to do. I stopped the creatine just before my cycle but will go back on PCT. I still use glutamine though

    I think its more of a mental thing with PCT personally. There's no reason why your body can't benefit from creatine during cycle. I think certain drugs also promote creatine phosphate storage, like anavar.
