how many cycle can a man run in a years and how much gap between cycles?

not quite sure exactly what you are asking, but the amount of time between cycles shoudl be AT LEAST as long as the cycle plus the PCT time as well. so 3-4 months minimum between or until your blood levels are back to normal

I do a max of 2 cycles a year...since I do 12 weekers, and I apply the on time +pct = off time equation...in between I'd run clen, ECA, sometimes I used DHEA to bridge....I say get blood tests and follow the results...this is the best gaging mechanism you have is you want to do it scientifically....remember you could be feeling like superman and have cholesterol levels sky high...or liver trouble...
