i tend not to go by scale since my body composition easily deceives the actual bodyweight.


here is one of my daily samples:

8:00am
one cup of oatmeal

10:00am
11 egg whites

12:00pm
whole wheat bagel and 1/2 lbs natural turkey breast
sweet potato

2:00pm
one full cup of brown rice
whole wheat bagel 1/2 lbs natural turkey breast

4:00pm
two cans of tuna with full fat mayo

6:00pm
two scoops of protein shake

GYM

8:00pm
potato
1/2 lbs ground beef with whole wheat bagel
lettuce

10:00pm
five full spoons of cottage cheese


this is a second week into my bulking cycle.

So far with this food intake i am still lean and thinking maybe to up my caloric intake since my weight has not shifted drastically at all, yet the muscles are slowly bulging out after only three injections.
