Expired creatine

perhaps i m not looking hard enough but i wanna know how creatine can exactly 'expire'

i mena ive eaten yogurt that was a week.. maybe 2 weeks old and had no problems... but tahts yogurt...not creatine


would there be any risks of taking expired creatine?

Creatine has a shelf life of about 2 years. After that time is turns into the by product of creatine which is harmfull on your kidneys.

creatinin(e) is the byproduct if im not mistaken and yes it can be harmful..and nice story about the yogurt lol...yogurt is bacteria anyways..sooo ur eating microbials regardless
