Lately with work I haven't been able to get to the gym till after 8pm... sometimes as late at 9 or 9:30pm to lift...

Do you guys that lift this late still take in carbs after your workout at 10 or 11pm when you get home?

I usually have to scarf down my PWO shake and meal and hit the sack to get up at 6am for work again...

Lately I have cut down the PWO carbs to a piece of wheat bread with some sugar free jelly on it because it's so late at night...
