I'm going to order some B12 b/c the prop i am taking is killing me to the point where it interfers with my workout. I was told taking B12 can help cut the pain. My question is how much do y'all guys take and do y'all mix it right in the same syringe as the prop? I'm a bit concerned with doing this b/c I always have problems when drawing...like i have to keep pulling the plunger back and the stuff takes forever to get in the plunger, then i get airbubbles in and have to push them back out. I wouldn't want my B12 to end up having test mixed in the bottle. What are y'all thoughts?
