Ok, first and foremost, are any of these a steroid?
I have been dirty bulking for the past 3 or so months. And soon will start a 16 week Military workout. Alot of running/swimming/pushups/situps/pullups.
I was thinking about "cutting" and doing a T3/clen cycle.
I am 5'10'', about 185, 190. And by no means is fat, just have that little belly from bulking.
With a cycle, how long should I run it, how should I run it, and about how much would be good for me?
Also, are there any supps I should get? i.e. Taurine, hawthorn berry for BP?
does this require a PCT? I dont believe it does, but just double checking.
