if you run cycle longer then 14 weeks I would add it in at week 10 at 500iu's e3d. If you get shut down easlily you can run e3d from week 5 and tertermine how long by size of testes. As for pct I recommend 1000iu's eod (10,000iu's worth) after longest ester is out of system with some nolva at 20mg ed for leek longer the HCG. BG
