That is the site sponsor. You can also get to the main page by clicking on the banner in the top right hand side of all pages on this site. It is called Anabolic-Review Research. If they were not legit the admin would not allow them to sponsor the site.

I would recomend deleting your email address out of your post as it will get you nothing but scammers promising you a great site to buy and then take your money.
