i have some Nolva from arr, i opened it about 4 months ago and theres some left that i would like to use at the end of my superdrol cycle that i just started. my question is how long is the shelf life after the bottle is opened. i try to shake it once in a while cause theres stuff settling on the bottom. is this still ok to use or no?? i know the shelf life is longer then 4 months, my only concern is that its been opened and sitting around for that long?
