B12 vs. B-Complex: Which is better?

    Hey bro's,

I'm looking to start injecting B12. Hoping to get the energy and appetite increase that others experienced.

ARR Sells Human grade B12, while other sites sell Animal Grade B-Complex. Which would be more beneficial?

I've just done a few B-complex shots in glute. Human grade. Let me tell you it freakin hurts. Nurse did it so it was done deep in muscle. The pain goes away after 5 minutes. It burns hot.
