Hey all...question regarding preworkout supplement timing.
First thing in the morning I wake up and have my breakfast
I then usually wait 1 hour and take 3g of arginine, I'll then wait an additional 10-15 minutes and take ergopharm AMP. I then leave for the gym (10 minute commute). Once I get there while I'm warming up and stretching I'll take my BCAA's. Is the timing of all these supplements OK and are there any adverse reactions amongst them in the order I currently ingest them? Any advice/help would be appreciated!
