    divert your attention for a sec.....



    I just wanted to point anyone that wants to check out the supplement forum (caz i know most are checkin this thread) There's only been a couple replies and just trying to get some info...

    protien shake VS amino acid supplement vs BCAA? (and actually would it make any difference (more important) if on gear?)

    not sure if we should reply here but pls go to the other forum if you got some info towards this.

    Why not BCAA and protein shake? It's how I do it. BCAAs .5hr before workout, and immediately after, then protein shake 20 min after workout. I still try to get lots of protein from whole foods though.

    I like the liqiud aminos and L-luesine and arginine before the workout and immediaately after words....My protein primarily come from foods.I happen to come from the same mentality as PINN...the body knows to breakdown food.

    would you say a AMINO supplement is better then a BCAA ?

    Amino(acids) supplement-Branched chain amino(supplement) acids-Better?-what the hell is going on?-Protien drinks have amino acids.
