Been drinking milk all my life and using Optimum Whey for the last 5 years without any problems....
All of a sudden I can't eat/drink any dairy (unless I use a TON of lactaid pills).
I can't use the Optimum anymore so I tried 100% whey isolate from ISOpure.
Even that upsets my stomach. To be 100% sure it was the protein, I stopped using it for 3 days. During those 3 days I had absolutely no problems.
Question is now... How can I get an upset stomach from Whey Isolate when there is supposedly no lactose??
Also... What protein powder/blend can I even use now?
100% egg or something?
maybe a trueprotein blend?
