    heres me right before i go into the bulking again weigh 170 here hope to be 190 soon

    Holy crap your 170? Im like 175 and no where near that much muscle....sigh time to bulk and quit bein a bitch and worrying about my gut. But seriously, good looking at 170

    im 5 feet nine inches today i wieghed in at 173 the bulking has been going on for two weeks up 4 pounds im happy diet is really the key im begining to understand that. Ive done two cycles but mostly to cut fat cause i was 220 and fat as hell i still have stretch marks....
