Hey guys... I'm just curious... I plan on doing a cycle to put on lean mass.. with minimal bloat... if the scale weight moves 5 - 10lbs, and I look tighter I'll be happy... therefore I'll be following something like this for diet... please Keep in mind.. I'm 168.2lbs (this morning)... and trying to add LEAN mass...

I planned on doing prop/winny... and using a 5 x 5 style of training... I've been using a Day1, Day2, Day3, off then repeat type training for the last 12 or so weeks.. and look pretty decent... I figure I'll do the 5 x 5 on M/W/F, and do 30 minutes of Cardio Tues/Thursday...
Thoughts??? Comments? I figure it should do the trick... I have the compounds already... and have my PCT planned out doing
3000iu HCG a week after my last winny shot... with nolva and all that... I'm only running the cycle for 6 weeks too... I wanna see what I can do with a short cycle...
