    Best supplement for knee pain?

I am in the middle of my cycle and My knees have gotten to where I can't do squats with light weight or other wise they just hurt and I have had them looked at and I am told it is called " runners knee" etc

I was told I have to do exercises to build up my quads etc
I had not done much leg work in years prior to my cycle which was
not good but they weight I was squatting was no more than what I bench and it surprised me. I went out today and bought Glucomsomine Chondrondrine, MSN, and Celadrin

Does anyone here have good experiences with these?
