Hi. I am 35 years old. I am an ectomorph. In my midd twenties used to weight 125 pounds. Started exercising and weights and with a lot of effort got to 145 pounds. I work really hard, with the weights, but do not get the resuts I want; I am sick of being small. I live in Latin America, where I can get basically everything you suggest; although I want to start conservative but effectively. What do you suggest?
