    lean mass diet

Right now I am cutting with 2500cals(50g fat, 200g carbs, 300g protein). As soon as my cycle is over Im going to raise it to my maintance around 3000cals (65g fat, 345g carbs and 280g protein)

But next I want to go for lean mass and I was thinking i would aim for 3300cals(70g fat, 370g carbs, 285g protein)

    what do you guys think

looks ok but depending on bodytype you might stay leaner if you increase protein and drop carbs a bit. But like I said this depends heavily on bodytype.

If you have slow metabolism and is carb sensitive then around 250g carbs and 350+g protein would be better.

A layout of your meals would be very helpfull because its not realy possible to critique a diet based on total macros alone.

If that is your cutting diet, I myself would leave out the WW bread and soy milk and replace it with brown rice or more oats...but if it works for you, keep it.

I would also switch meals 5 and 6 just so you get carbs PPWO, but try it out.

PB and bread sounds a bad idea to me.

There doesn't seem to be enough whole protein sources to me?
