suppose so sterilize and filter and you are good to go.. why would you wanna shoot pure oil? Wanna cut your injections? Or do you want a synthol like effect? - Mct oil is preffered then..

hmm so it doesnt come sterilized from AR-R? Me and my friend are running some experiments with cottonseed oil. We are only looking to inject once, so will filtering it and sterilizing it really be necessary or is it just a precaution?

hm.. it all depends on the risks you are willing to take.. i know someone who did shoot unsterilized oil - to have an synthol like effect - for years. and he didn't expierenced any adveres effects. On the other hand it could very well be possible that you develop an abscess.. the choice is up to you.

you can inject it no problem, I would use 3-7% benzyl alcohol to help dilute whatever you are adding to the oil and then pass it through a whatman glass filter... you can even bake the bottle to sterilize it. its up to you.

in a conventional oven 220-250 degress F if its in a multidose vial be sure to stick an 18gauge needle to alow it to release pressure 20-25 minutes should do the trick! I used this auto clave technique all the time and i would use a whatman filter to get the glue out.(fina)
