gps tracking/PI dectives/ law advise?

does anyone know of a gps tracking system where the transmitter can be placed on sumbody w/o them knowing. Sort of like the devices used in enemy of the state. Also if i place a voice recorder in my home and say my spouses voice gets recorded on it can that be used in court in a divorce or is it against the law?

We can also be tracked by our cellphones when they are off...they emit a pulse even when they are off and they can track you to an exact spot.

The answers to your questions all depend on the state you live in, there are state laws which address surveillance. Generally speaking in a marriage there is no expectation of privacy. You can place a recording device in your home without your spouses knowledge of permission. Whether that can be used in a divorce proceeding will depend on your specific state law as it pertains to divorce.

There are micro gps tracking devices, however they are not available to the general public. Other gps tracking devices can be found which are about the size of a pack of cigs. They are not cheap though.

Another good thing is a key stroke logger on your computer, you would be amazed how many people have multitple email accounts for different things(affairs)and consider them secure.

man <3 u need some lovin if ur worried..... i think place a keylogger like somone said on your computer.. i cant post a link here but i could in a private msg if u request.. i know a secure one for you.. easy to use... u sent it up to ur email.. and every 24 hours it emails u a copy of everything that was on the computer that day.. for example it will say

19:00 - Msn Messanger - Myles says : hey babey

shit like that its real easy to find shit on them... u can just know what time ur wife / gf was on pc and go thru it all... and ull find some interesting stuff.. i know heaps cause in my mid teen years i played those online games and used to use those programs to steal items and shit lol i know its wrong.. but if somone wants u to send them cheats for a game its there own fault..
