    How to figure out body fat percentage?

    Ok, I've been searching this for almost an hour now and can't find the answer, maybe I'm in the wrong forum?..
    anyhow, how exactly do I calculate my body fat percentage?

    go to ur gym, ask a trainer

    there are several ways of measuring BF - the cheapest way is, to buy yourself a FatTrack digital caliper. It measures skin folds and thereby caculating your Bodyfat.

    Another more xpensive and more inaccurate option would be digital fat scale. But due to the inaccuracies they are worthless IMO.

    THe most accurate option would be Hydrostatic Weighing. But this is out i suppose as it is not very convinient and not worth the trouble IMO.

    go to a gym and they can do it or go and buy your own calibers. i bought mine at accufitness.com too. don' t use the online calculators they aren't accurate.
