Why do you think I chose to leave after today? I am only here answering final questions and finding out about my other mod friends and where they are going after this. I am not going to hang around and be flamed limb from limb while being asked to help out w/free advice. I have my own businesses to run, and was here to help what I thought was a friend in moderating his site to make it run smoothly. However, my judgement was seriously flawed.

he's helped alot of people out and i know he's helped a few vets. hes give me a few tips in a few threads. he only flames people when there being pricks. jusat like any other would do.

Yeah, take away the mod powers and people show their true colors towards those former mods. People pretend to like you and kiss your ass one day, then when you can't edit/suspend/etc., they all of a sudden grow a pair and want to demean you. Yes, thanks a lot swole and all the other mods. I'm relatively new here, but from reading your vast amount of info that you've posted on the site, I'm finally understanding how to get into shape through both dieting correctly and working out corectly. I've still got a lot to learn, but I'm going to be reading stuff from swole and the other old mods for some time to come. Thanks!

and i lift about 3 times a week a do boxin mon,wed,fri. and long distance running every 2/3 days.
