PCT if on HRT...

Hi, i was wondering what if any PCT needs to be done, but i am normally on 200mg test cyp e2w, so would i just resume my normal T dosage w/o anything, or would i do nolvadex?

also is there any chance that i can get my natural T back, this happend after a cycle and apprently i wasnt doing a proper PCT, so they had to put me on HRT, but what was weird is my GH was also abnormally low, a cycle shouldnt cause this.

How old are you? What cycle did you do?

im 29, been on HRT since about 25..dont remeber the cycle i did beofre i had to go on HRT, i wonder if i could get my natural T back, it is bad to be on HRT? or is it easdier to just stay where i am?
