I don't think so but it may come in contact with the liver a bit faster due to the method of injestion and so the first-order pass would occur before an injectable would. Either way I would say its a negligible difference, but there are different pharmacokinetics involved based on method of ingestion.

YES, you are correct if you take injectable winny orally, you will lose about 18% of the potency so either up the dose to compensate or just inject
The obsorbtion rate is reduced when taken oraly.
