can someone please help me. ive been eating a Sh** load of food, so much i actually had to make myself throw up because i ate so much i couldnt breath right and i was feelin messed up.
heres all the foods i have available:
eggs
chicken breast
steak
tuna
green beans
corn
potatoes
milk,protein shakes just common stuff like that
ive been eating at least 300 grams of protein a day for the last month and havnt gained 1 pound, but i look like im getting bigger.
Can someone please help me figure out a good bulking diet plan im terrible at configuring diets
