Ok guys. I joined here in January 2005. I was 240 lbs. and out of shape. After lots of research and input from everyone here I decided that I was in NO position for my first cycle. Well, 18 months later. I'm 40 lbs. lighter and in pretty damn good shape (waist size 40" to 34"). I now want to pose a question for the experienced users here. My goal obviously is to gain mass, but more importantly get ripped. I don't want the massive look, just lean and muscular. My diet is WAY better than it was and cardio is great. Most importantly I want to MINIMIZE the sides. With that said, I'd like to see some recommended cycles, including PCT. Thanks to everyone, I took 18 months to get where I'm at after listening to people here. I feel better beyond what words can describe compared to last year. Thanks in advance.
