another cycle question

about to do a test e/eq stack. my question is my eq is dosed at 400mg/ml. thats the amount of mg i want per wk so should i split the doses(test250/eg200(1/2ml)) every mon thurs or should i just take one dose of it a week?? also i am planning on taking arimidex from the sites sponsor. how much should be taken and when to start taking it?

allways better to split. keeps blood levels more stable

Split it on Mon and Thurs. Do the adex ED from the start of the cycle at 0.25mg ED
