how much benadryl

im running the 6 week straight cycle of clen...(ramped up to 120mcg)

is 50mg each night the correct dosage of benadryl in weeks 3 and 6?

I've also read somewhere that after 6 weeks you take 2 days off and take 100mg each day. I'm not sure how accurate this is though.
