    priming, calories, beginning of cycle..

I know this topic divides a lot of opinions but Id like to hear ur input...
When u begin a cycle should u up the calories immediately very high or gradually increase them while the gear starts working, slowly increasing the cals while the cycle progresses..

Im 6 days away from a cycle after having done my first priming for a cycle with almost 4 months off... really hoping to gain big soon, lost a decent amount of muscle/mass while priming... it better be worth it

check this thread out about priming before a cycle http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=231569

if you have primed correctly yes you should incresae the calories alot because this it the time to take advantage of the anabiloc window.

thanx marcus but I have already read that thread... im merely trying to find out more specifically how should I change my diet when the cycle starts.. will I immediately go all out with the cals or will i leave some room for later increases... what I mean is should I when the cycle starts progressively increase cals towards the end of the cycle or should I perhaps eat the same from start to the end. If indeed I should add cals progressively, at what level should I start the cal intake... did u understand now or did i explain too poorly again ?

Yes increase the calories straight away when you start the gear after you have stopped the prime, dont slowly increase them hit it hard and plenty of them.
