I know this topic divides a lot of opinions but Id like to hear ur input...
When u begin a cycle should u up the calories immediately very high or gradually increase them while the gear starts working, slowly increasing the cals while the cycle progresses..
Im 6 days away from a cycle after having done my first priming for a cycle with almost 4 months off... really hoping to gain big soon, lost a decent amount of muscle/mass while priming... it better be worth it![]()
