How long does Adex stay in your system?

Would there be any benefit to splitting the dose? Does it work in the same way as oral aas does in the way they have a half life etc etc? How long does it stay in your system?

You can look in the PDR for Arimidex. I'v been taking it for almost a year.
I think it takes a few days to get into system and a few to get out. I
take .5 mg (half pill) ed.
